Tae Kwon Do Concepts

Control of Body, Mind, and Spirit

bullet

Body - one must develop the following fundamentals:  focus, power, speed, accuracy, balance, relaxation, and coordination

bullet

Mind - all your senses must be focused on what you are doing.  The mind must channel the energy into the physical activity of the moment.  Reaction must become automatic reflexes.

bullet

Spirit - A Tae Kwon Doist must realize their ability to kill or do  serious injury to other people and develop the inner responsibility   and control of his ability to do harm.  He is not a bully and can easily walk away from a fight because of his self-control.
